(as of May 2024, the lost and found office is strongly encouraging people to file an online report. They might not answer the phone)

For items left on a Delta Airline flight or gate area, please contact Delta at 612-266-8100 or see the Delta agent at the baggage office behind carousel 8. The other airlines also have baggage offices behind the carousels.

• During their office hours drop the item off at their window
• After hours you can drop the item in the drop box
  • If the item is too large to fit in the box, take it up to the MAC employees at the departures level information booth.

If a someone needs to pick up an item after hours they will need to talk to a MAC employee at the departures level information booth.
